We had an amazing stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and we felt right at home. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Perfect and cozy place for a weekend get away with the girls. Whimsy and eclectic decor was good for the soul. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. You can tell how much Lindsey and Andrew care about their guests being comfortable and having a good time.

Great location - maybe a 5 min drive to Camelback - with awesome views of the mountain. Good layout to accommodate 2 families of 4. Good hang out setup. Good kitchen for cooking. Clean with comfy beds and all the accessories you need for a house stay. Would stay again.

Great, spacious house for our party of 12. The hot tub was wonderful and a great way to unwind after the day. We had some things that needed attention and Andrew was extremely communicative and took car of all our needs.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my mom’s 65th birthday here over the weekend with our family. The house was perfect, and it came equipped with everything we needed. We explored the town of Berlin and it was absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, the hosts were very kind and communicative!

We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed this cabin. The home is beautiful, spacious, and the hosts were very responsive and kind throughout our visit. When we first arrived, it did take about 24 hours for the cabin to fully warm up, which may have been mitigated if the heat was preset prior to check-in. We also experienced slow drainage in one of the upstairs tubs, which made it a bit difficult for multiple guests to shower efficiently. Additionally, the fire pit area was covered in snow initially, limiting access to all of the amenities right away. That said, we communicated these concerns to the owners and they responded quickly and thoughtfully, which made a big difference in our experience. We had a great trip and would still give this stay five stars.

Lindsey and Andrew were great hosts! The house was very kid friendly, clean and had beautiful views. We will definitely consider this house for future stays. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to the snowstorm that passed by but for the time that we were, there was such a great experience that we can’t wait to come back!

A Perfect Getaway — Truly Above and Beyond! Our stay at The Perch at Eagles View was exceptional from start to finish. The cabin itself is beautiful, cozy, and spotless, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts and their incredible attention to detail. One of our favorite parts of the home was the game room it’s fun, and perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Whether it was playing games, hanging out, or just enjoying the space together, it definitely added an extra level of enjoyment to our trip. The hosts were unbelievably responsive no matter what time we reached out, they replied quickly, kindly, and with genuine care. When a snowstorm hit during our stay, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and comfortable. Their communication was impeccable, and they didn’t hesitate to allow us to extend our stay an extra day so we wouldn’t have to travel in unsafe conditions. That level of thoughtfulness and support truly meant the world

We had a great family time ! The house was great, same as in the pictures and described! Kids play room was amazing , very peaceful location and close to many things at the same time, 3 min from the resort . The hosts very friendly and responsible. We would definitely come back !
