The main floor features two comfortable, well-appointed queen rooms with the warm lake house aesthetics that runs throughout the home. Directly next to one of the home's full bathrooms, they also provide easy access to the kitchen, living room, and all the main floor action. Upstairs, the primary master suite is a genuine retreat - a four-poster king bed, custom lake-themed wallpaper, and a private en-suite bathroom make this the most coveted room in the house. A second upstairs queen bedroom is a close second; featuring chic swivel chairs, wall-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of Larsen Lake and a whole-house sound system. The upstairs loft rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a queen pull-out sofa — great for kids, teens, or flexible guests. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Two full bathrooms serve the house. The main floor bathroom sits between the two queen bedrooms with a shower/tub combo — clean, well-stocked, and easy to access from the living areas. The upper deck features sectional seating around a gas fire pit table, with lake views through the trees and direct access from the main living area. It's where mornings start with coffee and evenings end with the group gathered around the fire. Steps away is a beautiful, oversized wooden dining table - the perfect place for outdoor meals with the whole group - and a stainless steel Weber BBQ grill. Step down to the lower patio and the outdoor experience gets even better. The private hot tub sits tucked behind a custom privacy fence with two hanging egg chairs, a corn-hole set, and additional Adirondack seating just steps away. Meander down the natural stone pathway for your private, direct access to the lake! We provide two kayaks, a canoe and plenty of lifejackets - grab one and head straight to the lake! Community amenity passes are required to access the community amenities and are available for purchase on-site at the Clubhouse. Firewood is not provided on-site. 🔇 Big Bass Lake is a peaceful, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors throughout your stay. 🛡️ We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against unexpected changes. When you stay at Larsen Lake Lodge, this is your home. You have full access to the entire property inside and out, with the exception of the locked owner's closets. A unique smart lock code will be provided 24 hours before check-in for easy, seamless self check-in. Free parking for six cars in the driveway. 📋 Big Bass Lake Community Registration: All guests must be registered with the Big Bass Lake Community Association prior to arrival. Please note that any changes to the guest list incur a small fee per community policy, and late registrations (within 3 days of arrival) carry an additional fee. Guests not listed on the application will be denied entry by community security. 🛶 Community amenity passes are purchased on-site at the Clubhouse and cover access to all lakes, beaches, pools, courts, and facilities for your stay.
