Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, the pool is located next door and is available for your enjoyment from 10:00 am - 8:00pm daily.

➡️ You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 📣 Ocean City has adopted a strict noise control ordinance. Our smart home technology will alert us if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out to you with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices – not any personal conversation or information. Further, it is unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Doing so shall be a violation of your agreement with us and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if the noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (shampoo & conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than a few days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🧺 Laundry is available off-site at the Parrot Bay community laundry center. Charges apply. 🏊 The swimming pool is operated by the condo complex, and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation. 🛡️ We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in your plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🚫 No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property, and any guest in violation will be fined.

A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting you seamless access to the home. The home is fitted with a smart door lock. When approaching the property, the staircase to the unit is on the right-hand side of the building and will bring you directly to the front door. The condo includes free parking for one vehicle, with additional free street parking outside.
