Lastly, a cozy loft offers two twin beds and a surprise foosball table, making it the perfect nook for families or kids. ☀︎ BATHROOMS ☀︎ The cottage offers 1.5 bathrooms. The half bath is located on the first floor and the full bath is located upstairs with a shower/tub combo in close proximity to the bedrooms. We proudly stock the bathrooms with complimentary bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and premium bath-time essentials! ☀︎ KITCHEN & DINING AREAS ☀︎ The Cottage offers a full kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, toaster, and large sink. Just a few steps away is a bright and upbeat dining room with seating for six. And of course, there’s coffee and tea! Start your mornings with our fully stocked caffeine station, offering drip coffee and K-cup options, as well as a variety of premium teas. ☀︎ LIVING AREAS ☀︎ The Cottage offers a charming living room, featuring two brand new sofas and a smartTV. Upstairs is a cozy loft space with a futon and foosball table, as well as the two twin beds mentioned above. ☀︎ OUTDOOR SPACE ☀︎ Step outside and enjoy the Cottage's large outdoor patio with an outdoor dining table for six, fire pit, polywood Adirondack chairs, hanging hammock chairs, a gas BBQ grill and hanging string lights for cozy ambiance. Just beyond the patio is a large backyard with plenty of space for outdoor games and family fun!

➡️ You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than two days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 Firewood is not provided but can be purchased locally at Tractor Supply (5 min drive). 🧹 We pay a premium to keep Brooklyn Cottage sparkling clean for guests. We DO NOT make money on the cleaning fee or Airbnb’s guest service fee! 🛡️ We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in your plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🚫 No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property, and any guest in violation will be fined.

You'll receive a unique lock code prior to arrival granting you access to the home through the door located off the concrete patio, which is equipped with a smart lock.
