The second primary suite is located in the left wing of the home, featuring a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-double bunk bed – share a full bathroom. Every bedroom in the house except the bunk room is equipped with a smart TV. The gym offers a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, yoga mats and resistance bands. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ The home's private, in-ground 18' x 36' pool invites you to cool off or lounge in the sun. The surrounding patio features 8 sun loungers, two brand-new teakwood dining tables, and an oversized cushioned egg chair lounger. The warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for lazy days with those you love or evening dining and cocktails at the outdoor bar. Follow the charming, string-light adorned walkway to the custom fire pit, where polywood Adirondack chairs and stylish hanging egg-chairs provide the perfect setting for roasting marshmallows and relaxing under the stars. ➡️ You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than two days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 Firewood is not provided but can be purchased locally at Tractor Supply (7 min drive). 🏊 The pool is NOT heated and open seasonally from May - October. 🐴 Brooklyn Meadows is a working horse farm, and thus guests do NOT have access to the stables and are not permitted to touch or feed the horses. 👥 Please note that, due to occasional events before or after your stay, you may see vendors on the property for setup or breakdown of event facilities. 🧹 Brooklyn Meadows - The Manor is a VERY large home with many amenities, and thus we pay a premium to keep it sparkling clean for guests.
