On the first floor, a spacious bedroom with two queen beds offers easy access to the main living and dining areas, perfect for families with young kids. Head upstairs to find the master suite — a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV. Two additional king bedrooms on the upper level round out the adult sleeping quarters. Finally, the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds — a guaranteed favorite for the kids in the group. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Three full bathrooms keep mornings running smoothly. The master en-suite offers a private retreat for the primary guests. The main floor bathroom is centrally located for easy access from the living areas. A third full bathroom serves the upstairs bedrooms. Fire up the gas grill, gather around the outdoor dining table for an al fresco meal, then move to the fire pit ringed by eight brand new Polywood Adirondack chairs as the evening winds down. A cozy hammock tucked under the trees rounds out the backyard. When it's time to truly unwind, slip into the private 7-person hot tub for a soak under the Pocono stars. ↟ POCONO FARMS COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES ↟ Your stay includes access to the Pocono Farms Country Club — one of the Poconos' most comprehensive private communities. Your booking includes 6 community guest badges covering access to the lake and beach, heated outdoor pool, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball courts, and kayak and paddleboard rentals (available Wednesday–Sunday, 11am–6pm during summer). Additional passes and fitness center access are available for purchase directly from the community. Community amenity details will be provided after booking.

🐶 Pets are welcome with the submission of a pet fee. Please keep your pup leashed outside at all times, never leave them unattended unless securely crated, and clean up after them on the property. 🐾 🧻 We set you up with a premium starter kit — soaps, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods, and more. For stays longer than a few days, plan to restock a few items yourself. 🪵 The fire pit is one of our favorite features - please grab a bundle of firewood on your way in to make the most of it. Firewood is not provided on-site but is available locally at Shop Rite or Walmart. 🏊 The community pool and beach are seasonal, open Memorial Day through Labor Day. 🔇 Pocono Farms is a peaceful, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors throughout your stay. 🛡️ We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against unexpected changes. We're unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy, but your booking includes Waivo damage protection for peace of mind. 🚫 No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.

When you stay at White Goose Hollow, this is your home. You have full access to the entire property inside and out, with the exception of the locked owner's closets. A unique smart lock code will be provided 24 hours before check-in for easy, seamless self check-in. The home includes free parking for up to 6 vehicles. 📋 Pocono Farms requires a brief guest registration prior to arrival. We'll request your group's details after booking and then handle the process for you. Please note that the community enforces a strict maximum of 14 guests at all times (children under 3 excluded), and guests may not be swapped out mid-stay. Once submitted, any changes to the application - including adding or modifying guest names - will incur a $75 change/late fee from the community if made less than 3 days before arrival. Please note that if you make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, a late fee will be charged in accordance with community policy.
