On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, providing convenient access to the main living and dining area. Two additional bedrooms nearby also have king-sized beds, providing ideal sleeping arrangements for large groups. Enjoy access to the lake and beach (seasonal), outdoor heated Olympic size pool (seasonal), boating, basketball court, bocce/shuffleboard court, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and clubhouse grill. Kayaks & paddle boards are available at no additional cost on Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 6:00pm during the summer. Your stay includes 6 guests badges for access to the pool, lake, fitness center, and courts. Additional guests passes are available for purchase from the community directly for $8/day per person. Fitness Center access requires an additional fee for all guests.
Other Details to Note
👨👩👦👦 The community enforce a strict limit of 14 guests during your entire stay (including children, except those under 3-years-old) and guests may not be swapped out mid-stay. Additional daytime-only guests are not permitted. The bylaws state that you must be 25 or older to rent. All guests must fill out a brief rental application that is required by the community. Details are provided once your reservation is confirmed. Once submitted, any changes to the application—including adding or modifying guest names—will incur a $75 change/late fee if made less than 3 days before arrival. Guests not correctly listed on the application will be denied entry by security. Please note that if you make a reservation within 3 days of your arrival date, a late fee will be charged in accordance with community policy. 🛶 Pocono Farms has many amenities (enjoy the extensive list below!) that can be accessed for free aside from Golf and Fitness Center which has additional fee (paid directly to Pocono Farms Country Club Association). Amenities include: - Lake and Beach (seasonal) - Full court Basketball - Playground - Kayaks/ paddle boards - Tennis / pickle ball - Bocce ball/ shuffleboard 🐶 We are happy to accommodate your furry friend! Please note: 2 dogs maximum and a $150 pet fee. No other animal species allowed. The community requires that all dogs are leashed outside at all times (even at the house) and we ask that they are never left unattended in the home unless securely crated, cleaned up after on the property, and please keep them off of the couches and beds. Woof woof! 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than 2 days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 We do not provide firewood, as it can be difficult to keep dry. Bundles can be purchased locally at the Shop Rite. 🛡️ All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in plans due to illness, weather, or family emergency. We CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🧹 The White Goose Hollow is a large home with many amenities, and thus we pay a premium to keep it sparkling clean for guests. We do not make any money on the cleaning fee or on Airbnb’s guest service fee!
