In the living area, the loveseat turns into a twin-sized sleeper sofa, providing an additional sleeping area ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Just off the living area, you'll find the Equestry Inn's full bathroom, featuring a fully vanity and a walk-in shower. We proudly stock the bathroom with complimentary bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup towels and premium bath-time essentials! ↟ KITCHEN & DINING AREA ↟ The full kitchen is bright and inviting, featuring a modern open layout with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a full set of cookware, dinnerware and utensils. Steps away is the dining table with seating for 4, providing everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable meal with loved ones. And of course, there’s coffee and tea! Start your mornings with our fully stocked caffeine station, offering both ground coffee and K-cup options, as well as a variety of premium teas. ↟ LIVING AREAS ↟ The Equestry Inn offers a charming living room with a wifi-enabled 55" smartTV for all of your favorite streaming apps, a loveseat couch that turns into a sleeper sofa, and a comfy armchair. Additionally, just off the kitchen is a three-season sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, an outdoor sectional, and a table with seating for 4 - perfect for morning coffee or an evening to unwind! Lastly, there is an additional private seating area near the front door and a dedicated work-from-home space with a desk and chair. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ Steps from the front door is a cozy, tree-lined outdoor patio adorned with bistro string lights and featuring a hammock, outdoor dining table for six, charcoal grill, and wood-fire grill. As you take in the estate’s beautiful and professionally landscaped grounds, be sure to enjoy breathtaking views of pastures with grazing horses, as well as stunning sunrises and sunsets over the tree-lined horizon.

➡️ You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than two days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 Firewood and charcoal is not provided but can be purchased locally at Tractor Supply (7 min drive). 🐴 The Equestry Inn is located on a working horse farm, and thus guests do NOT have access to the stables and are not permitted to touch or feed the horses. PLEASE NOTE: The Equestry Inn is located beside our horse stables, so you will likely notice the scent of our friendly four-legged neighbors. We work hard to ensure the guest house is fresh and comfortable, and most guests find that any scent is mild and fades quickly. If you're particularly sensitive, the Manor (main house) is located farther from the stables and remains completely unaffected. 👥 Please note that, due to another home on the property also being available for rent, as well as occasional events on other areas of the property, you may encounter other guests or vendors on the property. The Equestry Inn is a significant distance from the other house and is secluded and private. 🧹 We pay a premium to keep the property sparkling clean for guests. We DO NOT make money on the cleaning fee or Airbnb’s guest service fee! 🛡️ We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in your plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🚫 No pets or smoking are permitted on the property, and any guest in violation will be fined.

When you stay at The Equestry Inn, this is your home. You have full access to the apartment with the exception of locked owner's closets. All other buildings and structures on the property, including the attached horse stables, garage and the locked owner's closets, are strictly off-limits. A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting you seamless access to the home, which is equipped with a smart door lock. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles. NOTE: Parking is only allowed in the designated spaces in front of the walkway. When approaching, you will see horse stables straight ahead, please pull your cars in and park on the right side of the parking area, next to the 'Equestry Inn' lawn sign. You will be asked to move your car if you block the stables or the area directly in front of the brightly-colored cones.
