Tucked away on the first floor is an inviting Queen bedroom and a cozy bunk room featuring two black-metal bunk beds and a chic desk, perfect for work-from-home or color-outside-the-lines moments. Upstairs, the main floor features three bedrooms. First is a thoughtfully appointed King bedroom with a stylish rattan chair, dresser, corner desk, and smart-TV. Next door is a cozy room with two stylish double beds and corner desk, with another Queen bedroom completing the floor's sleeping spaces. As you continue up, the third floor is a stunner from start to finish. The expansive loft features three twin beds complemented by a cozy sunlit seating area with fantastic views of the property. Down the hall is a meticulously designed primary bedroom, featuring a King bed, reading chair, leather sectional, work desk, and smart-TV – this room has it all! ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Each floor provides its own full-sized bathroom, ensuring plenty of space to refresh and recharge for your entire group. The primary en-suite bathroom is a true retreat-within-your-retreat, featuring a large walk-in rain shower with glass enclosure, a free-standing tub, teakwood sitting bench, and an oversized vanity with a light-up mirror (it’s our favorite spot in the house!). All bathrooms are fully stocked with complimentary hand towels, wash cloths, makeup towels, hair dryers, and premium bath-time essentials. ↟ KITCHEN ↟ The chef in your group will love how accessible and open this kitchen is, with direct access to the dining room and clear views of the surrounding landscape. We provide all the quality stainless steel appliances, utensils and cookware needed to feel right at home. Think: all the brand-new pots & pans, serving trays, and dishes you need to whip up a meal to remember. Kickstart your mornings in the mountains with a thoughtfully designed caffeine station -- complete with a two-in-one drip coffee/Keurig machine, as well as a huge selection of Stash teas. ↟ LIVING ROOMS ↟ Centered around the floor-to-ceiling, stone-faced gas fireplace, the living room features two oversized brown-leather couches, a large glass coffee table for those late night card games, and a wall-mounted smart-TV with all the streaming apps you’ve come to love. Steps away, two stylish, vintage reading chairs are tucked into a quaint seating area with direct views of the natural landscape. Downstairs is a newly-renovated, jam-packed recreation room. Square off with friends and family while playing foosball, pool, or one of many provided board games. If relaxing is more your speed, there’s a comfy navy blue sectional with all the throw pillows you could want and a stylish, velvet swivel chair. Again, take advantage of your favorite streaming apps on the brand-new 65” smart-TV. For those early risers, don’t forget to stop at your own private coffee and tea bar in the rec. room kitchenette as you head towards the lower deck to take in the morning sunrise. ↟ DINING AREA ↟ Central to the second floor’s large, open floor plan is a statement dining room featuring a magnificent white stone chandelier and 12-person dining table – perfect for those memorable dinners-that-blend-into-nighttime. Large groups can find additional counter stool seating in the kitchen. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ This backyard is nothing short of a dream! Starting at the top, venture out the dining room double doors onto the top floor of the two-story deck, where you’ll find a brand-new teakwood sectional, benches and gas grill covered by a patio roof with skylights. Steps away are two sun loungers and two shaded picnic tables. The lower level features an 8-person hot tub, additional outdoor sectional, and two rocking chairs. In the backyard, you’ll find a brand new fire pit surrounded by natural stone and 12 polywood Adirondack chairs. If lounging is more your speed, step away from it all by relaxing in the hammock amongst the trees. During winter months, enjoy seasonal views of Big Boulder Lake and the ski runs at Big Boulder Ski Area! The home sits on a large wooded lot, offering a gravel driveway with parking for up to eight vehicles. ↟ COMMUNITY AMENITIES ↟ As our guest, you will have access to community amenities that are part of Lake Harmony Estates, including rare beach access (Lake Harmony is a private beach with no public access) via LHE’s private beach, a tennis court, and a shuffleboard court. To access the beach, you must present the beach passes provided in the house. We provide 12 complimentary beach passes (the max allotted to us by the community) and guests may purchase additional beach passes, if needed. NOTE: If you misplace or lose a beach pass during your stay, there is a $50 replacement fee per beach pass.

➡️ Guests must be 25 years of age to book, as required by the local township regulations. 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than 3 days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 We do not provide firewood. It can be purchased locally at Lake Harmony Market or Ahart's Market 🛡️ We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in your plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🧹 Note: The Retreat at Pineknoll is a large home with many amenities, and thus we pay a premium to keep it sparkling clean for guests. We DO NOT make ANY money on the cleaning fee or on Airbnb’s guest service fee! 🚫 No smoking permitted anywhere on the property, and any guest in violation will be fined.

When you stay at the Retreat at Pineknoll, this is your home. You have full access to the property with the exception of the locked owner's closets. You will receive a unique lock code prior to arrival. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking in the driveway for up to six vehicles. Please note: the home is located in a mountainous region and requires 4WD or AWD during winter months. Plowing occurs only when snowfall is 3" or more. Salt and a shovel are also provided for your use and safety
