Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and sits just off the movie loft and a full bathroom — a private space at the top of the house. The main floor keeps everyone close to the action with two bedrooms — one with a full bed, one with a queen — plus a full bathroom and easy access to the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Downstairs on the ground floor, a fourth bedroom offers a full bed, and a fifth bedroom is built for sharing with a twin bed plus a twin-over-full bunk and a fun mountain-cabin theme — a favorite for kids or families traveling together. A full bathroom and the game room round out this level. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Three full bathrooms — one on each level — keep mornings and evenings easy for a larger group. Under a glowing “Play All Day” neon sign, the group can battle it out at foosball, rack up a game of pool, or flip the table for ping-pong. Multiple arcade machines line the walls with classics like Street Fighter, and card and board games add even more for family game nights. With its own big-screen Smart TV, it’s the hangout kids, teens, and adults all gravitate to. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ The outdoor setup gives your group plenty of reasons to slow down and enjoy the fresh Pocono air. The private hot tub comfortably seats six — the perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring. Nearby, a fire pit ringed by six polywood Adirondack chairs makes an easy evening gathering spot, with two more chairs by the hot tub that can easily be moved over for additional seating. Up on the deck, you’ll find a picnic table that seats six, two oversized lounge chairs, and a propane grill with propane included. For a little friendly competition, there’s cornhole, Giant Connect 4, and Giant Jenga. ↟ BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY AMENITIES ↟ Sunset Ridge sits inside the private, gated Big Bass Lake community, which offers a range of recreation for guests to enjoy. The community’s indoor heated pool is a favorite in the cooler months - and, in the warmer seasons, guests can also enjoy three private lakes, two beaches, an outdoor pool, splash pad, sport courts, playgrounds and more. Community amenity passes are required and available for purchase on-site at the Clubhouse — a great option for groups looking to enjoy everything the community has to offer.

🐶 Pets are welcome! We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs with payment of a $150 pet fee. To keep this a pet-friendly home for future guests, please keep your pup leashed outside at all times, never leave them unattended unless securely crated, and clean up after them on the property. 🧻 All linens, towels and a premium starter kit of supplies is provided — toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, and more. For longer stays, plan to restock a few essentials yourself. 🪵 The fire pit is one of our favorite features - please grab a bundle of firewood on your way in to make the most of it. Firewood is not provided on-site. 🔇 Big Bass Lake is a peaceful, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors throughout your stay. 🛡️ We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against unexpected changes. We're unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy, but your booking includes Waivo damage protection for peace of mind. ➡️ Guests must be 25 or older to book, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

When you stay with us, this is your home. Guests have private access to the home's living spaces, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, theater loft, game room, hot tub, deck, firepit, and other designated guest areas. The only exceptions are 2 locked owner closets. A unique smart lock code will be provided 24 hours before check-in for easy, seamless self check-in. 📋 Big Bass Lake Community Registration: All guests must be registered with the Big Bass Lake Community Association prior to arrival. Guests not listed on the registration may be denied entry by community security. Changes to the guest list and registrations submitted close to arrival may be subject to additional community fees. 🛶 Community amenity passes are purchased separately on-site and provide access to applicable Big Bass Lake amenities during your stay.
