➡️ You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. 🧻 We provide a robust set of premium starter supplies (Pantene shampoo & conditioner, Dove body wash, ultra soft toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc.), but do not resupply mid-stay. If you’re with us for more than a few days, please plan on purchasing some of your own items. 🪵 Firewood is not provided but can be purchased locally at Tractor Supply (5 min drive). 🏊 The pool is open seasonally from May - October and is NOT heated. 🧹 Note: We pay a premium to keep Summer Breeze sparkling clean for guests. We DO NOT make money on the cleaning fee or on Airbnb’s guest service fee! 🛡️ We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in your plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance). 🚫 No pets or smoking of any kind are permitted on the property, and any guest in violation will be fined.

When you stay at Summer Breeze, this is your home. You have full access to the property, inside and out, with the exception of the locked owners closets and shed. A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting you seamless access to the home. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking for 4 vehicles. There is a main concrete driveway directly in front of the home, as well as additional parking in a paved driveway to the right as you approach the home. Street and grass parking is not permitted.
