The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and a 44” smart TV, as well as a private, en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the first floor: one featuring a queen-sized bed, and one with a double bed. Both evoke the rustic-yet-modern vibe that makes this home so welcoming and cozy. Finally, the fourth loft-style bedroom upstairs features a bunk bed (two double mattresses) and a separate twin-sized bed. This little hideaway is a favorite for kids! Note that the stairs leading up to the loft are narrow, but not an issue for most. ↟ BATHROOMS ↟ Enjoy a retreat-within-your-retreat in our TWO full-sized, recently renovated bathrooms. From the top-line Crate & Barrel dinnerware, to the well appointed table decor, this space is designed to be the backdrop of your evenings. ↟ OUTDOOR SPACE ↟ The outdoor space is rich with amenities and activities, boasting an 8-person hot tub, a fire pit surrounded by 8 brand new polywood Adirondack chairs, a relaxing garden hammock and a corn-hole set. There is also a large deck off the back of the house featuring a six-person outdoor teakwood sectional, a modern wooden picnic table, and a brand new stainless steel propane grill. Whether looking to escape for solo relaxation or actively enjoy the beautiful Lake Harmony scenery, there is no shortage of outdoor amenities! The home is on a wooded corner lot, and offers a U-shaped driveway with parking for 4 vehicles.
Other Details to Note
🏖️ Lake Harmony is a private lake without public beach access. However, Lake Harmony Watersports provides seasonal access to the lake via wakeboarding, water skiing, knee boarding, wake surfing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, and stand up paddle boards rentals. You can also purchase day passes to Split Rock Resort's indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling alley, food areas, and more. 🐶 We are happy to accommodate your furry friend! Please note: 2 dogs maximum within insurance policy's accepted breeds list, and a $100 pet fee. No other animal species allowed. To help us continue allowing furry friends, please ensure your pup is leashed outside at all times, never left unattended in the home unless securely crated, and that you clean up after them on the property. Woof woof! 🧻 We provide a starter set of premium supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher & laundry pods, etc) but do not resupply mid-stay. 🪵 If you plan on using the outdoor firepit, please pick up a bundle of wood on the way, as firewood is not provided. 👨👩👧 Due to local laws, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. No more than 11 guests are permitted in the home at any time, including both day and nighttime guests. 🛡️ All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy. Separately, your booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (this is damage protection, not travel insurance).
