Had a wonderful time! Very secure and peaceful community and everyone was friendly. The house was spacious, the bedrooms were immaculate, and the walk down the path to the river was so pretty! Restaurants and grocery stores were close by which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped making meals a much easier task. We all loved our time here and many great memories were made!

Andrew & Lindsey were wonderful hosts. There were kind, responsive, and accommodating. The property was exactly as pictured on the website. My family and I stayed for three nights and had such a nice experience that we’d like to return. The property is in a great location, just a short walk to everything we enjoy: the beach, swimming, the boardwalk, playground, and even fishing. Being so close to all the attractions helped us make the most of our trip.

The house was exactly as described and perfectly located within Lake Harmony. It was spacious, offering several great hangout areas for the whole group, while also providing plenty of space for privacy.

Stayed at this house with a group of 20 guys and it was just perfect for our group. Everyone had a lot of room and the pool area was incredible. It was the perfect spot for a golf trip near Ocean City.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much. It was perfect. The house was beautiful and so relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. Lindsey and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We loved it.

This was a great location for my family. Nice short distance to the lake and restaurants, clean and overall relaxing time. Lindsey and Andrew were very communicative and provided clear instructions for check in and check out requirements. They were also helpful in recommending local activities and restaurants that my family enjoyed.

We enjoyed our stay in Berlin. It was exactly what we were looking for in a short getaway. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. The location was great, just far enough away from ocean city without having to stay in the hustle and bustle. I would recommended this to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We had a great stay at Lake Harmony Lodge with my college friends and our kids. The location was perfect, it was just a short walk to the lake. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for all our families and toddlers. There were lots of activities to enjoy, and the hot tub was definitely a nice bonus. We also appreciated the high chair, which made things easier for our little ones. The grill was great for group meals, and the host provided helpful suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. Andrew was very responsive and accommodating with all our inquiries. Overall, a wonderful spot for a family-friendly getaway!

Our family lives a great distance apart in proximity. At least once a year in the summer we come together as a big family to enjoy building relationships and enjoying one another. This summer we chose Lindsey and Andrew‘s home in Berlin Maryland. We had the most amazing week together. Their home provided space for everyone to have privacy and yet was provided large dining room and backyard space for us to all be together as a family. The location of the home to the beach and restaurants was perfect for us. We loved the privacy and peacefulness that the home provided. We would definitely love to return again soon. Lindsey and Andrew were so responsive and proactive to help us in anything we needed. We literally had the most amazing time together.

We were celebrating a significant birthday milestone with the family. We had family members from California, Maryland, Florida, and New Jersey. The Brooklyn Estate & Cottage filled the bill. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The amenities provided our group with plenty of activities, including a large, well-equipped pool, a basketball court for the younger members, and a spacious, well-equipped, covered outdoor dining area. In the evening, we gathered in the large game room, where we played pool and foosball. Berlin has several good restaurants and interesting shops to peruse. We did go to Ocean City for our birthday dinner. Our biggest issue was a fly invasion in the kitchen (the home is located in the countryside), which we controlled with fly strips. Our host always responded to all our inquiries within less than an hour. They even surprised us with a delicious gift of baked goods on our 3rd night.
