Our family enjoyed our stay so much. It was perfect. The house was beautiful and so relaxing. It felt like a home away from home. Lindsey and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay in Berlin. It was exactly what we were looking for in a short getaway. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. The location was great, just far enough away from ocean city without having to stay in the hustle and bustle. I would recommended this to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Our family lives a great distance apart in proximity. At least once a year in the summer we come together as a big family to enjoy building relationships and enjoying one another. This summer we chose Lindsey and Andrew‘s home in Berlin Maryland. We had the most amazing week together. Their home provided space for everyone to have privacy and yet was provided large dining room and backyard space for us to all be together as a family. The location of the home to the beach and restaurants was perfect for us. We loved the privacy and peacefulness that the home provided. We would definitely love to return again soon. Lindsey and Andrew were so responsive and proactive to help us in anything we needed. We literally had the most amazing time together.

We loved our stay! The house was very cozy & peaceful. The rooms were clean & spacious. The location was perfect especially if you are looking for a more private vacation setting close to the beach. Everyone loved the in ground pool, fire place & swing chairs. Another charming feature of the house was that there was a front stair case & a back staircase. Loved the swing bench on the front porch too! I would definitely stay here again!

Lots of nice outdoor spaces on porches and around pool; living room space a bit small but very large kitchen and dining rooms and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful, responsive hosts! They even got a high chair for our 2 year old granddaughter. Location was great, very close to downtown Berlin and 15-20 minute drives to Ocean City and Assateague Island and other local attractions. Very much enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze.

Andrew and Lindsey’s house was beautiful. The house was very clean and well maintained. The pool was also very clean. My friends and I had a great time at the pool. The house is just a short drive from the beach which we did not mind because the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was nice to not be so close to all of the business at OC. Andrew was very responsive to messages and questions.

Lindsay and Andrew’s Summer Breeze home in Berlin met all of our expectations. We particularly enjoyed the pool, grill and outdoor amenities - which made it perfect for our family holiday weekend getaway. The house is well kept, comfortable, neatly stocked with all essential amenities as described and, is staged and modeled exactly as pictured in the photos. We appreciated a quiet retreat, off the beaten path, yet we had an easy and quick drive to stores, restaurants and to the Ocean City boardwalk. As hosts, they were very responsive and efficiently communicated what we needed to know in advance, making our stay easy and smooth. From the booking process to assisting us with a couple of adjustments, they did not hesitate to help us. If there is an opportunity for us in the future, we’d love to stay again. Great stay close enough to ocean city. The house was very comfortable and the surrounding area is quiet and calm with nice people. Honestly a perfect location if you don’t want to stay in a hotel and I even saw that the hosts have a few other great stays so I definitely recommend them and their properties!
